What RΛNKUP stores
We store the verified email used to sign in, permanent username, public nickname and change date, selected gaming interests, permanent Join ID, Passport progression, Charter subscription status, Tier Point awards and their source, moderation status, referral relationships, feedback, and your required Discord user ID, display name, and avatar. If you connect Steam or Roblox, we also store the provider account ID, public username, display name, avatar, connection time, and sync status. When playtime sync is activated, RΛNKUP may store total minutes, recent two-week minutes, game count, per-game minutes, game names and artwork, last-played time, and last-sync time when the provider makes that information accessible. Phone verification is not active for the waitlist.
Discord voice time
If voice tracking is enabled later, a RΛNKUP bot will store join and leave timestamps and total minutes from approved Discord servers. It will not record audio, message content, or private calls outside those servers.
World map privacy
The map is opt-in. Your browser requests location permission. The server rounds coordinates to a broad regional point before storage; precise coordinates are not retained.
First-party audience analytics
RΛNKUP counts pageviews and unique browser visitors and records page path, broad device/browser category, referral source, campaign labels, and approximate country, region, and city supplied by the hosting edge. Raw IP addresses and full browser user-agent strings are not stored. Browser “Do Not Track” is honored.
How data is used
Data is used to authenticate your account, protect the waitlist, issue your Passport, provide progression and rewards, display real community activity, prevent abuse, and review feedback.
Service providers
RΛNKUP currently relies on Resend for email delivery, Discord for identity connection, and Cloudflare/OpenAI Sites for hosting and database infrastructure. Those providers process only the information required to deliver their service.
Control and deletion
Discord is permanently linked to a player Passport and cannot be removed by the player. A RΛNKUP admin may reset the link when ownership or account security requires re-verification. You may permanently delete your account from the Passport; deletion removes the player record, referrals, voice-session totals, sessions, verification history, feedback, and waitlist history.

This notice reflects the current private beta. Contact details and any region-specific disclosures will be finalized before public registration opens.
